What kind of payment options do we offer?
Payments are defined through Wix Payments and only for payments with credit card as Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Payment on receipt of invoice is not possible.
What is your right of return?
Any defects should be reported by email within 5 days. In Switzerland, the right of return is not mandatory for online shops. In UniCat by Mima-B, this possibility is mentioned in the terms and conditions.
Do we sell vouchers online?
No, but you are welcome to order an UniCat handbag for some other. In this case you should write the delivery address and please add a comment into the button “Note” box or inform me by email. Please note if you would like that we do gift wrapping you should inform us too.

The delivery time of the Swiss Post (for delivery in Switzerland) is approx. 2 to 4 working days.
